Manage the oven
Installation tips
Indoor & Outdoor Use
Our Charcoal ovens can be installed both indoors and outdoors. For outdoor use, we recommend placing the oven under a roof or suitable cover to protect it from direct exposure to rain and weather.
Indoor Kitchen Installation
For indoor installations, the oven should be placed under a deep extractor hood or an inverter hood. This helps capture smoke efficiently when the oven door is opened during cooking.
Extractor Hood
The extractor hood should be correctly sized according to the oven model, kitchen layout and ducting system. For best performance, we recommend a hood with front extraction and variable-speed control.
Internal Safety System
All ovens are equipped with an internal airflow regulator and internal firewall. These components help control combustion, manage airflow and improve safety during everyday use.
External Accessories
For aesthetic reasons or additional safety, an external airflow regulator, external flame arrester and chimney cap can be supplied as optional extras for the installation.
Ventilation & Regulations
We recommend using an extraction hood with an additional air supply to compensate for extracted air. Always check local solid-fuel oven and fire safety regulations before installation.
